Crate Puppy Training

Crate puppy training is a method, which can be used to train your beloved canine companions not to eliminate inside the house. This method requires the use of a cage that is of fitting size to be the dog's bed. Naturally, dogs do not mess the place they sleep. Putting them inside a cage will gradually train them to control the need of urinating and relieving bowels. However, care must be taken in crate puppy training, so that the dog will not be left unattended in a cage for long periods of time.

Dogs get used to routine quite fast. Purchasing the right crate for crate puppy training is a must. The crate must not be too large or too small for the dog. Starting with a small crate will cause the pup to outgrow the crate's size too quickly. Too large crates will cause the pup to invent his own “outhouse” inside the crate, which will result in crate training failure.
